Overview


Google Analytics is great for experts but sometimes it can be confusing to find, analyse, and interpret the mountains of data available. By inserting a small snippet of JavaScript code into your website header you'll be able to view information such as:


  • Traffic Sources
  • Visitor Types
  • Country Breakdown
  • Browser Reports
  • Operating Systems
  • Devices Used

Setup


  1. Click the 'Visitor Analytics' tab on the main menu.
  2. Then select the 'Add Website' button.
  3. Type your domain name in the field provided and press 'save'.
  4. Copy the JavaScript code provided and insert it into your website html header.
  5. Return to the Analytics application and close the popup box. Here you will find a list of all your websites you are currently tracking.
  6. Select the 'Eye' icon under tracking to view a breakdown of your visitor analytics. Please note it may take up to 24-48 hours for this information to be updated and stored.
