How to edit your Messenger bot keyword replies.

Edit your Messenger Bot keyword replies and tailor them to your audience.

Keyword replies:


Step 1: Under 'Bot Reply Settings' click on the purple briefcase icon for the chosen keyword reply and select edit.


Step 2: Make the desired changes and follow the onscreen prompts.


Step 3: To finish click the 'Update' button. Your bot keyword reply has now been updated. Note: It may take some time for the reply to propagate. Test your reply by using the keyword when talking to your bot on Messenger.
