No Match Template

Step 1: On the 'Bot Settings' page under 'Action Button Settings' click change settings. The select 'No Match Template'. 

Step 2: Select the reply type and add in your custom reply text, buttons, and settings.

Step 3: Click the 'Update' button to save your settings.
