It is up to you if you want to leave your profile public.
On the Sidebar > Account > Preferences, you manage your preferences for date format, privacy settings, and subscriptions.
By adjusting the Privacy Settings, you’re deciding on who can view your profile.
Your three options are:
-Only registered MyDev users
-Everyone
-Only me
You can choose any of these options that suits you.
