On the Main Menu > CRM > List, you will be able to create new Leads by pressing the "New Lead" button.


Once you successfully create a lead, you will be able to see it listed down below. On this list, edit leads, check the details, change leads’ statuses, add notes and files, and edit every lead’s general information.


By pressing the “Details”  button on the right side of each lead, you will get in-depth of each lead’s details and will be able to edit everything. 

Under “Details”, besides the lead’s information, the most important piece of information you can edit is changing the lead’s status. This means, you can list a lead under Not Contacted, Attempted Contact, Contacted, and Converted.


Under permissions, you will get the chance to add Lead permissions, meaning you’re making a Lead visible only to a certain individual person, or to a team, you can select if you only want the record owner to see it, or everyone.
