On the Main Menu > CRM > Users you get to see 4 different types of users.

Listed down below, you can check your users from all the platforms and workspaces all across MyDev.com.

On the top left corner, on the little dropbox, you get to filter from which platform you want your users to show up on the list below.

The second type of user shown here will also be the user clients you invited by pressing the “Invite User” button on the top right corner of your screen. For you to invite users this way, it requires you to add their email addresses. Once you do, the chosen person will get a confirmation email in his email address.

The third type of user is your converted Leads.

This means, your successfully converted leads are now clients, and they’re shown here as your CRM users.

And lastly, you will also be showing here, as a user all across the platforms and workspaces. 



On the Main Menu > CRM > Users, you can also invite users. Once you do, under each user you are able to add logs, attach files, and share folders in their Storage. You can give them permissions to workspaces and platforms etc. 

  Besides inviting, here is where you can also manage all of your users.

By pressing on each user, you will be able to check all of their in-depth details.

You can check the workplaces they’re part of, transactions, and a chart of total spending.


For further information, you press the “Details” button on each user.

Here, besides the workplaces, they’re part of, transactions, and a chart of total spending, you can see the platforms they’re part of, and check their invoices.

You can create a new task for the person if they’re part of your Claritask workspace as well, and you can check their five last assigned tasks and three completed tasks.

Under the “Edit” button, you can also manage the workspace and the permissions for each user.
