At Settings > Embedded Code, you will access the Embedded Code page.
When you want to connect your website to Convosio, simply press the javascript option and copy the code, then paste this code snippet before the closing of the </body> tag. Then start talking to your visitors from your site and reply to them from Convosio. Remember this is the most important step and nothing will work unless we do this process.
