At Settings > Roles, you will access the roles page.
Roles are a very useful way for your agents. Agents will be divided into two roles that Convosio contains. Those roles are Super Admin and Agent. A Super Admin will be able to have access to everything that you see. The Agent will only be able to see the dashboard, chats, visitors, and Settings.
