A new Sprint starts immediately after the conclusion of the previous Sprint. As we said, a Scrum project breaks down into sprints and the first step to get started with this type of project is to start a new sprint by pressing the “New Sprint Button”

The next step will be coming up with a sprint name. Once you do that, the sprint will automatically listen under drafts, and you can start it by pressing the “Start” button.

Once you hit start, it will require the Start Date and End Date and also a sprint goal.
