Conversation Broadcast

If you don't have the subscription messaging feature approved for your Facebook page you can still send promotional messages to your page visitors however, you will need to add a delay between each message send (10-25 seconds).

You can send a Conversation Broadcast to your page users using the steps below:

Step 1: From the sidebar select 'Broadcasting' found under 'Messenger Tools'.

Step 2: Click 'Campaign List' under the 'Conversation Broadcast' heading.

Step 3: Click the 'Create Campaign' button.

Step 4: Give your campaign a name and select the desired page.

Step 5: Adjust your targeting options and add a custom message. Important: You can only send a text message to your subscribers using Facebooks conversation API. To send promotional images, videos, and other message types please use the Subscriber Broadcasting feature.

Step 6: Add a delay time between messages (Recommended 10-25 seconds). Important: If you set this too low your page may become blocked by Facebook for spam. Please respect their rules and guidelines.

Step 7: Schedule your campaign to be released at a desired time and once your happy click 'Create Campaign'. Your campaign will now be scheduled for sending. You can view the campaign reports from from the main Conversation Broadcasting page.
