Edit your get started response.
Step 1: Under the 'Get Started Settings' tab click 'Change Settings'.
Step 2: Click the orange 'Edit Get Started Reply' button located in the bottom right.
Step 3: Finally, choose your reply type and complete the associated fields (custom reply, buttons, etc). Click save and your new message will now be live and visible to your users.
Tip 1: Leave 'Typing on Display' turned off and set the reply delay to 0 for the 'Get Started' reply as this ensures your message is seen as quickly as possible by the user.
Tip 2: It's always great to inform the user that they are talking to a bot at the beginning of the conversation rather than later. This ensures they are able to respond appropriately and can avoid asking overly complicated questions that your bot won't understand.
